  The Season 1 focuses on the characters from fashion magazines. It gathers the best parts of Garytu's teaching experience, begins from the basic and is taught from easy to hard.
• How many times can I watch the videos?
  No period or number of times limits for watching the video after your purchase.
  You may watch the videos in anytime, with any devices, such as mobile, tablet and PC.
• May I join as a beginner?
  Season 1 is suitable for all levels learners. Teacher will begin the course from introducing basic drawing skills and tools.
• Who is suitable for the course?
   For those who feel deep affection for aesthetic, fashion, garment, luxury brands etc, are all welcomed to register the course.

• About the illustration master
  Garytu possess over 20 years drawing experience and teaches more than 10 thosands students in his physical class.
  He is proficient in teaching and has devoted times and efforts in Taiwan for years.

• What should I prepare for the course?
  Purchase the tools after episode 1 is strongly adviced. Choose the tools which best fits your needs. 
  Basic tools requirements are watercolor, pencil, brush, paper etc. No designated brands for these tools.
  All these tools can be found at local art supplies store. You may also buy them at our Shop.
• About the visual experience of the videos
   At the insistence of Garytu, the course videos features the highest online courses production standard and the greatest shooting quality in Taiwan, that are also rarely seen in the world. 3 million NTD was spent to produce the videos at a cinematic level. In Season 2, the whole production group even travelled to France to complete the shooting.
  
  Video resolution and color sense are all adjusted by professional film gaffer to make the best presentation of the artwork in these videos.

• How many episodes in the Season 2 ?
  There are 22 episodes in the length of 10 hours in Season 1. Stay tuned for our videos.
• When will the class get started?
  Season 1 had already been showned on 2021/07/15.
• How much is the tuition fee ?

  The tuition fee is 3500NT for Season 1, including 22 episodes in the length of 10 hours.
  
  Currency Rate for US Dollar is US$109; for Singapore Dollar is S$149; for Malaysia Ringgit is RM512.

• How can I pre-order/purchase the course ?

• Are there physical classes ?
  Yes, please click on the button on the top-right corner to proceed to the Course in order to see the register information.  
• Why do I fail to reset password?
  The system will send you a login password to the email address you registered with while you choose to reset your password.
   

  Please use the password provided within the designated time frame to complete the login. Once logged in, you can click on Member to access the page, then click on "Edit Member Information" to modify your password.

• Why I failed to pay by credit card?

• What should I do if the card payment fails?

• May I watch the videos right after payment?
  You may watch all episodes in Season 1 right after your purchase.
   
• How can I log in when the course starts after purchasing the course?

  For those who have purchased our course before, please click on the block on top right corner and choose Ｍember

  After login to your account, please click "Online Class" and then click "Get Started" to begin your journey.

  
  If the payment page still remains, the followings are some possible reasons and suggested solutions:
  1. You haven't login before you click "Get Started" button.
  2. Please remember your registed email and password.
  3. If you use your Facebook account to make the purchase, please remain this state when you want to watch the video.
  4. Make sure you use the same account to view the video. Avoid using the account which you haven't complete the payment.
  5. Avoid using other people's email to register your account.

• I have completed the payment and re-login my account, but I still couldn't start viewing the videos and the order statue remains

  The followings are some possible reasons: 

  1. If you pay by direct transfer, it takes about 1 day for confirmation.
  
  2. If this situantion exists after you pay by third-party payment platform, such as ATM transfer or Ibon/Famiport etc, you will have to check whether you login to the correct account. Please login to the account you make your purchase.
  
  3. Please click on the "Forget password" button to check your registed email as the password will be delivered to that mailbox.

Homework

• How to submit assignments?
   
  Please download 「Google Classroom」APP and sign in with your email.
  When you complete your registration, you will receive a link or code to log-in the classroom.
  A discussion board which consists of detailed information of the assignment is set below each episodes.
  A class notifitication may be sent by Google Classroom to remind you to upload your assignment for teacher's review.
